Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials and tools to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including carpentry, drywalling, and painting.
- Perform general site cleanup, including debris removal and trash disposal.
- Operate basic construction equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and compactors.
- Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and adhere to safety protocols.
- Measure and cut materials to specifications as directed by supervisors.
Qualifications
- Must be willing to work night shifts (typically 4:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- No prior construction experience required; training provided.
- Must be physically able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for long periods.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must be punctual, reliable, and a team player.
