Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Operate construction equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site duties.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site in accordance with safety protocols.
- Follow all OSHA regulations and company safety policies strictly.
- Load and unload construction materials from trucks and delivery vehicles.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to work night shifts (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM) reliably.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and teamwork.
