Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including excavation, demolition, material handling, and site cleanup
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently under supervision
- Assist skilled tradespeople with carpentry, concrete work, and equipment operation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and project specifications
- Load/unload materials and transport equipment as needed
- Complete daily progress reports and maintain project documentation
Qualifications
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform strenuous outdoor work
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) with occasional overtime
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety practices
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Team-oriented mindset with clear communication skills
- Willingness to obtain OSHA 10 certification (provided)
