Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties on construction sites, including digging, carrying materials, and cleaning work areas.
- Load and unload construction materials using hand trucks, forklifts, or other heavy equipment.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians) with various tasks as directed.
- Follow all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Set up and take down temporary site structures, including scaffolding and barriers.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site to ensure safety compliance.
Qualifications
- Must be physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Ability to work night shifts (typically 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Basic understanding of construction site safety is preferred.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions from supervisors.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is a plus.
