Responsibilities
- Execute precise excavation, grading, and concrete pouring tasks
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers, forklifts) safely
- Install and maintain scaffolding, formwork, and temporary structures
- Inspect and maintain tools/equipment to ensure operational readiness
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and site regulations
- Collaborate with supervisors and tradespeople on complex builds
- Document daily progress and material usage accurately
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of construction labor experience
- Valid OSHA 10/30 certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in extreme conditions
- Class A CDL preferred (not required)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and overtime
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
