Due to our 24/7 operational schedule, we are urgently hiring Construction Laborers for our Night Shift crew.

Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and distribute materials, tools, and supplies to and from the construction site efficiently.
- Perform various manual labor tasks including digging, lifting, carrying, and moving heavy objects as required.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively under the supervision of senior staff.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, framers) with site preparation and finish work.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of debris to ensure safety compliance at all times.
- Follow all safety regulations, OSHA standards, and site protocols to prevent accidents.
- Complete daily task logs and report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions immediately.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to perform strenuous labor for extended periods, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work night shifts (6:00 PM to 6:00 AM) reliably and consistently.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including rain and heat.
- Basic math skills for measuring, cutting, and estimating material needs.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Previous construction experience is a plus; we provide on-the-job training for motivated candidates.
