What We Offer:

Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and setting up temporary structures.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport building materials, tools, and equipment to and from the site using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual labor.
- Machinery Operation: Operate heavy machinery and construction equipment, including skid steers and concrete mixers, in compliance with safety regulations.
- Assist Trades: Provide support to skilled tradespeople such as carpenters, electricians, and masons by fetching tools and materials.
- Site Cleanup: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site at the end of each shift.
- Documentation: Complete daily logs and safety reports accurately.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform heavy physical labor for 8+ hours, including lifting 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (5:00 PM – 3:30 AM).
- Driver's License: Valid Driver's License required; clean driving record preferred.
- Safety Awareness: Basic understanding of construction safety protocols (OSHA) is a plus.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with foremen and team members.
- Experience: Previous construction labor experience is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidates.
