Responsibilities
- Perform general manual labor duties on construction sites, including digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Load and unload trucks, scaffolding, and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with daily tasks.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site by removing debris and following safety protocols.
- Operate light construction equipment such as forklifts, jackhammers, and compressors when certified.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and site layouts.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and in various weather conditions.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not required; we offer paid training.
- Steel-toed boots and safety glasses are mandatory.
