Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and distribute construction materials, tools, and equipment to designated work areas.
- Operate heavy machinery and equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and skid steers, as required.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site tasks, including concrete work, framing, and finishing.
- Perform general cleanup of job sites to ensure a safe and organized working environment.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations strictly at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors regarding project needs.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and hold heavy objects weighing up to 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Willingness to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 5:00 PM - 3:00 AM).
- Valid Driver’s License and proof of insurance.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety practices.
- Physically fit with the stamina to work in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
