Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Operate heavy machinery and hand tools under supervision.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians) with various tasks.
- Ensure job sites are clean, safe, and organized at all times.
- Perform basic site preparation tasks, including digging and concrete setting.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and site protocols.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately to the site supervisor.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety standards is a plus.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
