Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials using hand trucks, forklifts, or pallet jacks.
- Machinery Operation: Operate power tools, sanders, and other equipment under strict supervision.
- Site Maintenance: Keep job sites clean, organized, and free of hazards to ensure safety compliance.
- Assistance: Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various on-site tasks.
- Measurement: Measure, cut, and prepare materials according to blueprints and specifications.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Experience: Prior construction or labor experience is preferred but not mandatory; we train the right candidates.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation to and from the Philadelphia area.
- Documentation: Valid ID and proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel to various job sites in PA and NC.
