Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and distribute construction materials, tools, and equipment efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various onsite tasks, including framing, drywall, and painting.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site in strict compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Perform basic site preparation, including excavation, leveling, and debris removal.
- Operate heavy machinery and power tools under the direct supervision of a foreman.
- Transport heavy loads using forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks.
- Read and interpret blueprints or basic drawings to understand project requirements.
Qualifications
- Previous construction experience is a plus, but we provide paid training for motivated individuals.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to the job site.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety protocols.
- Basic math skills for measuring and cutting materials accurately.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
