Responsibilities
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment safely.
- Dig trenches, foundations, and holes for various projects as directed.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, masons) with daily tasks.
- Operate basic construction equipment such as jackhammers, concrete mixers, and forklifts (certification provided).
- Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Perform general site cleanup and waste removal.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the job site.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Basic math skills and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
