Responsibilities
- Operate power tools and hand equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload building materials from delivery trucks.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians) with various tasks.
- Keep the job site clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Dig, level, and prepare sites for construction projects.
- Perform basic measurements and math calculations.
Qualifications
- No prior experience is required; we will train the right candidate.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods in all weather conditions.
- Must be able to lift 50+ lbs regularly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude.
