Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation and cleanup duties
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Operate basic hand tools under supervision
- Maintain organized work areas and safety protocols
- Support skilled tradespeople (carpenters, masons, etc.)
- Follow instructions from site supervisors
- Participate in physical tasks like digging, lifting, and carrying
Qualifications
- No experience required – we train everyone!
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Basic English communication skills
- Pass pre-employment physical ability test
