Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, loading/unloading, and site cleanup
- Perform physical tasks including digging, trenching, and debris removal
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment under supervision
- Maintain job site safety by following OSHA guidelines and protocols
- Support concrete work, framing, and finishing tasks as needed
- Complete daily equipment checks and maintenance reports
