Responsibilities
- Assist with general site preparation, including digging, leveling, and clearing debris.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Operate basic construction machinery and hand tools under supervision.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and site-specific protocols strictly.
- Communicate effectively with foremen and team members to ensure project flow.
- Perform physical labor tasks, including lifting, carrying, and holding materials as needed.
- Help with concrete pouring, framing, or demolition tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required; we train all new hires.
- Must be 18 years or older and legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Must be physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Valid driver’s license is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
