Responsibilities
- Perform physically demanding tasks including material handling, excavation, and site preparation
- Operate heavy machinery and power tools under proper supervision
- Maintain job site safety standards and report hazards immediately
- Assist skilled tradesmen with concrete work, framing, and finishing tasks
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Follow blueprints and project specifications accurately
- Complete daily cleanup and organization of work areas
Qualifications
- Ability to perform strenuous physical labor in all weather conditions
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
- Strong commitment to workplace safety protocols
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Ability to work collaboratively in diverse teams
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed
