Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other tradespeople with material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic hand tools (shovels, hammers, levels) and power equipment under supervision
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized job sites
- Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times
- Perform cleanup duties and debris removal to ensure project efficiency
- Learn construction fundamentals through hands-on mentorship
Qualifications
- Willingness to learn construction skills with no prior experience required
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Basic communication skills for team coordination
