Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with excavation, demolition, and site preparation tasks
- Safely operate hand tools (shovels, hammers, saws) and basic power equipment
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized job sites
- Follow OSHA safety guidelines and wear required personal protective equipment
- Support concrete work, framing, and finishing operations as needed
- Participate in daily team briefings and project updates
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and dispose of debris properly
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – we provide full training!
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and commitment to punctuality
- Basic math skills for measurements and material counts
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain safety standards
