Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Perform demolition, cleanup, and debris removal tasks
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision (saws, drills, etc.)
- Load/un construction materials and equipment safely
- Follow blueprints and instructions from lead carpenters
- Maintain clean, organized job sites per safety standards
- Support skilled trades with foundational labor tasks
Qualifications
- No prior experience required—willingness to learn essential
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver’s license preferred but not mandatory
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Atlanta metro
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Basic math skills for measurements and material counts
- Commitment to safety protocols and teamwork
