Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with construction tasks (site prep, material handling, cleanup)
- Operate basic tools and equipment safely (shovels, wheelbarrows, saws)
- Load/unload materials and maintain organized job sites
- Follow safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks
- Perform site cleanup and waste management
- Adhere to project timelines and supervisor instructions
Qualifications
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Willingness to undergo background check and drug screening
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours daily
