Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily site tasks and project execution.
- Load, unload, and organize building materials, tools, and equipment on job sites.
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, marking areas, and ensuring accessibility.
- Operate basic construction tools and machinery (such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or generators) under supervision.
- Perform general site cleanup, waste disposal, and organization to maintain a professional environment.
- Follow all safety protocols and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Support project timelines by completing tasks efficiently and accurately.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects and standing for long durations.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions and work at heights when necessary.
- Basic understanding of safety regulations is a plus but prior construction experience is not required.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
