Job Summary
We are looking for physically fit individuals who can work effectively in a team environment. As a Laborer, you will be the backbone of our operations, ensuring that projects run smoothly and safely.
Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with daily site duties and material handling.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment securely.
- Operate basic construction machinery (forklifts, jackhammers, saws) under strict supervision.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site in compliance with OSHA safety regulations.
- Perform basic measurements, cutting, and assembly tasks to support the construction process.
- Remove debris and waste materials from the worksite regularly.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid government-issued ID.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation to commute to various job sites.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions and climb ladders or scaffolding.
- Basic reading comprehension and ability to follow written safety instructions.
- No criminal record (background check required).
