Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with construction tasks including excavation, material handling, and site preparation
- Operate basic hand tools and power equipment safely under supervision
- Maintain clean and organized job sites, removing debris and hazards
- Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times
- Load/unload construction materials and transport to designated areas
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks as directed
- Adhere to project schedules and communicate progress to supervisors
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we provide comprehensive training
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform manual labor
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory
- Willingness to work in outdoor conditions and various weather
- Reliable transportation to job sites in Raleigh/NC and Virginia
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety standards
- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in teams
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
