Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision (training provided)
- Maintain organized job sites and follow safety protocols
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and instructions
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying materials
- Participate in scaffold assembly/disassembly and equipment setup
- Support team goals to meet project deadlines and quality standards
Qualifications
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- No experience needed – we train motivated candidates
- Basic math skills for measurements and material counts
- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
