Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation and cleanup
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Operate hand/power tools under supervision
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Support skilled tradespersons (carpenters, masons, etc.)
- Perform basic excavation and leveling tasks
- Adhere to project schedules and quality standards
Qualifications
- No experience necessary – training provided!
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather
