Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment under supervision
- Maintain a safe, organized job site following OSHA standards
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying materials
- Complete daily safety inspections and report hazards
- Support team members to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Basic communication skills in English
- Commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical screening
