Your Role
As a Construction Laborer, you will be an essential part of our daily operations, ensuring that our projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites.
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing job sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and setting up temporary structures.
- Equipment Support: Operate basic construction machinery and hand tools under supervision.
- Quality Control: Help maintain high-quality standards by following blueprints and safety protocols.
- Cleanliness: Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Assistance: Support skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians) as needed for daily tasks.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform manual labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Experience: Previous construction experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Safety Conscious: Knowledge of basic safety procedures and willingness to wear PPE at all times.
