Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and setting up safety barriers
- Load/unload materials, tools, and equipment at job sites
- Operate basic machinery like forklifts and power tools with training
- Assist carpenters and masons with material handling and site cleanup
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain organized work areas
- Complete daily tasks efficiently as part of a collaborative team
- Report equipment issues and maintenance needs to supervisors
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
- Basic communication skills and reliability
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills
