Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with site preparation and material handling
- Operate basic construction tools safely and effectively
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Support concrete, framing, and finishing operations
- Load/unload materials and equipment
- Perform physical tasks in various weather conditions
Qualifications
- No experience required - we train on the job!
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Willingness to work outdoors in Louisiana climate
- Basic math skills for measurements
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screen
