Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and equipment operators
- Load/unload materials and operate basic hand/power tools
- Prepare job sites (sweeping, debris removal)
- Follow strict safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Perform physically demanding tasks (digging, lifting, carrying)
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
Qualifications
- No prior experience necessary
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather
- Valid driver's license (required for equipment operation)
- Reliable transportation to job sites
