Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling, site cleanup, and equipment operation
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, carrying, and operating hand/power tools
- Follow detailed instructions from supervisors to execute construction plans
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety standards and company protocols
- Participate in site preparation, demolition, and finishing tasks
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily project milestones
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
- Complete daily timekeeping and equipment maintenance logs
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – we provide paid training!
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required for all roles)
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic math skills for material measurement and inventory
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to follow instructions precisely and maintain focus
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
