Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris and setting up safety barriers
- Load, unload, and distribute construction materials under supervisor guidance
- Operate basic hand tools (shovels, hammers, wheelbarrows) and light equipment
- Perform physical tasks like digging, lifting, and carrying materials (up to 50 lbs)
- Maintain clean and organized job sites by removing waste and tools
- Follow strict safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times
- Support skilled tradespeople with material delivery and task assistance
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions
- Valid state ID or driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to submit to pre-employment background check and drug screen
