Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with construction tasks including material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment under supervision (e.g., shovels, wheelbarrows, saws)
- Maintain a safe, organized job site by removing debris and following safety protocols
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment efficiently
- Follow blueprints and verbal instructions from site supervisors
- Perform general site maintenance and support tasks as needed
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required—training provided
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform strenuous outdoor work
- Valid driver's license preferred (not mandatory)
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Miami-Dade County
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
- Basic understanding of English for safety instructions and teamwork
- Positive attitude and commitment to workplace safety
