Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with construction tasks
- Load/unload materials and equipment safely
- Prepare job sites by clearing debris and setting up zones
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards on site
- Follow blueprints and instructions from supervisors
- Complete physical tasks in various weather conditions
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - we train everyone
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license (preferred)
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Basic English communication skills
