Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, masons) with daily tasks.
- Perform general cleanup of job sites, ensuring a safe and organized workspace.
- Operate basic power tools and construction machinery under supervision.
- Measure, cut, and handle building materials as directed by the site supervisor.
- Follow all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and site-specific guidelines.
- Answer questions and provide support to the crew during daily operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required.
- Ability to lift up to 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measuring and cutting materials.
- Valid Driver’s License (a plus, but not mandatory).
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
