Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily construction tasks including framing, concrete work, and site preparation
- Operate hand tools and power equipment safely under supervision
- Maintain clean and organized job sites by removing debris and materials
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment efficiently
- Follow safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Support project timelines through punctual and consistent attendance
- Participate in team briefings and training sessions
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- Must be physically capable of lifting 50+ pounds and standing for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and commitment to punctuality
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions from supervisors
- Basic math skills for material measurement
