Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and prepare construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with on-site tasks.
- Operate basic power tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, carrying, and hauling materials.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from site supervisors and foremen.
- Perform minor site cleanup and waste removal duties.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We welcome first-time applicants and provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong willingness to learn and a proactive work ethic.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
