Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties on residential and commercial construction sites.
- Load, unload, and distribute construction materials to work areas.
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely under supervision.
- Assist in site cleanup and maintenance to ensure a safe working environment.
- Follow blueprints and safety regulations to ensure quality workmanship.
- Communicate effectively with crew leads and fellow laborers.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to pass a background check and drug screen.
