Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and skilled trades with site preparation and cleanup
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Read and interpret basic construction blueprints
- Perform physical tasks including lifting, digging, and material transport
- Participate in team-based construction projects
Qualifications
- Physical ability to perform manual labor (lifting up to 50 lbs)
- Valid driver's license preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation to job sites
