Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, cleanup, and material handling
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision
- Load/un construction materials and equipment
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Support skilled trades (carpentry, masonry, etc.) as needed
- Read and interpret basic construction plans
- Perform physical tasks in various weather conditions
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Willingness to work outdoors in all seasons
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Basic math skills for measurements
- Commitment to workplace safety
- Reliable transportation to job sites
