Responsibilities
- Assist with general site preparation, cleaning, and debris removal.
- Load and unload building materials, tools, and equipment.
- Operate basic construction tools and machinery under supervision.
- Follow safety regulations and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Help skilled tradespeople with daily operations and tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Perform physical labor, including digging, lifting, and carrying heavy objects.
Qualifications
- No previous construction experience required; we teach you everything you need to know.
- Must be physically fit and able to stand, walk, and lift for long periods.
- Must be willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
