Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in clearing, grading, and preparing construction sites for new projects.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials using hand tools, dollies, and forklifts (as needed).
- Tool Operation: Operate basic construction equipment and power tools under supervision.
- Cleanup & Maintenance: Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of debris to ensure safety compliance.
- Assisting Trades: Support carpenters, electricians, and other skilled workers as directed.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We welcome applicants with zero prior experience; on-the-job training is provided.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and standing on your feet.
- Reliability: Punctual and consistent attendance is essential.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively within a team structure.
- Communication: Basic ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Driver's License: A valid driver’s license is a plus but not mandatory.
