Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites safely and efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradesmen (carpenters, electricians, and plumbers) with daily tasks and setups.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools under the supervision of a foreman.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Perform site preparation, digging, trenching, and general cleanup duties.
- Follow safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Valid driver's license is preferred but not mandatory.
- Positive attitude and a strong desire to learn the trade.
