Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools under supervision.
- Perform general site cleanup and maintenance to ensure a safe working environment.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations strictly.
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials, using pencils, chalk, and measuring tapes.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to perform heavy lifting (up to 50+ lbs) and standing for long periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measurements and counting.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not mandatory.
