Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, digging, and excavation.
- Load and unload construction materials and tools.
- Operate basic construction machinery (e.g., forklifts, skid steers) under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations.
- Perform general labor tasks as directed by the site foreman.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to the job site.
- Basic math skills for measuring and counting.
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
