Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and prepare construction materials for use.

- Perform general cleanup and maintenance of the work area.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools under supervision.
- Follow all safety regulations and site-specific guidelines to ensure a secure environment.
- Move dirt, debris, and other materials as needed to keep operations flowing.
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required; we provide training.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Basic math skills and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
