Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including digging, lifting, carrying, and hauling materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with daily operations.
- Load and unload construction materials from trucks and store them safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work site by removing debris and hazards.
- Follow all safety regulations, OSHA guidelines, and company policies.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools under supervision.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in various weather conditions, including heat and rain.
- Physically fit and capable of performing strenuous tasks for 8+ hours a day.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not mandatory.
