Responsibilities
- Assist in various construction tasks including site preparation, cleanup, and debris removal.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and organize stockpiles efficiently.
- Operate basic hand and power tools under the supervision of a foreman.
- Ensure a safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with crew members and supervisors.
- Perform physical labor in all weather conditions as required.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Valid driver's license or reliable transportation to the job site.
- Good physical stamina and ability to work standing or walking for long periods.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
